Principal, Commercial Global Knowledge Center, MasterCard Advisors

Jeff is responsible for MasterCard Advisors’ Commercial Global Knowledge Center. Jeff joined MasterCard Advisors in May 2005, bringing over 20 years of relevant business experience to the group.

Since joining MasterCard Jeff has developed and managed numerous engagements for commercial clients around the world. He has successfully executed new product development, market entry, product launch, acquisition, portfolio management and customer experience programs for commercial card issuing banks.

Prior to joining MasterCard, Jeff spent two years building an independent marketing consulting practice, Anona Consulting, where he designed and executed business card marketing programs for major U.S. card issuers.

Before starting Anona Consulting, Jeff worked for six years at Advanta where he was responsible for all credit card, fee service and insurance marketing programs targeted at Advanta’s business credit card portfolio. Jeff is credited with designing and implementing Advanta’s successful retention and product cross sell strategies as well as launching the Advanta Bonus Miles business rewards card.

Earlier in his career, Jeff held strategic marketing and finance positions at both AT&T and Western Union. At Western Union, Jeff was an original member of the management team that expanded Western Union’s electronic money transfer system to countries outside of the United States.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University as well as an MBA in Marketing from Pace University.
